Hi everyone. I am type 2 diabetes with fatty liver
and i am 3 weeks into low carb high fat diet and it was going really well. My BP is stable at around 115/76 and i am off BP meds....blood sugar levels are between 6.6mmols in the morning and 4.6mmols before bed. However....i am gaining weight now
This is my typical day:
I fasted from 7pm the night before till 2pm with coffee and cream to start my day...then i ate 2 small bowls of home made cream of tomato, bell peppers and basil soup. Then i had a matchbox size square of cheese. Then i had 1 bowl home made cream of mushroom and chicken soup at about 7pm. Then fast again till 2pm the next day. In a week i have gained 4lbs!!
What am i doing wrong? Is it the dairy?
