Six days left on my free trial. Am considering taking out another month but this appears to be a continuous monthly contract which can be cancelled at anytime.
Looking at TrustPilot reviews, I wouldn’t go near this company but I really like the product.
Have any of you had problems with customer services, have you been able to control the payments taken from your accounts?
How do you set up payment, is it direct debit or card?
When I first received the sensor, one of their staff was supposed to contact me within 3 days, as yet I have had nothing from them, so I’m a little concerned.
I’m a T2 using Metformin but totally lost control over the past year. This already has me on the right track. Thanks
