Way too much sugar in them. Eat only berries and not too many. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries etc. fresh or frozen. veggies like potatoes sweet potato etc are too high in carbs also. Mash made with cauliflower is great. Most grains are too high wheat etc. use almond flour, coconut flour etc for baking which are low carb / keto. Way too much for T2 me at about 16% carb. Natural sugars are carbs, just like the others. My healthcare adviser said grapes are ok but in moderation. Sugars are natural and better than Added sugars. But not in large no's, Qty only what fits in your hand...Your body does not process natural sugars any different than added sugars.
