Try not to fry them in seed / vegetable oil, but other than that - whatever you like. I'm currently using silicon moulds in an air fryer with grated cheese and avocado oil (with pepper and salt, which lets the egg cook at slightly lower temp).
Oh, that sounds lovely...

But yeah, another vote here for whatever way you want them, @Laconic . :) Personally that's usually with ham and/or bacon, maybe a tomato, and cheese, sunny side up. Or scrambled. Or as egg salad. Or.... You know. Eggs. Anything goes! :)

Mountain out of mole hill makers ,queues , crowds , shopping on a Saturday hmm just shopping I guess no matter what day it is
I’ve had diabetes long enough to remember a time when 3 a week would get you a slap on the hand , so nowadays I eat them anyway I can even raw with a bit of peppered milk, my fav is a bake bean omelette or poached with a lovely runny yolk

I eat my eggs any way I want, which ranges from soft boiled to hard boiled with mayo, fried with bacon and/or cheese, or in an omelette.

Hard boiled I find very convenient to take with me and to have on the go. They're already packaged with their own peel so I just have to peel and eat a couple to have a meal if I'm hungry.
At home I mainly use hard boiled eggs on a salad, to make egg mayo, or devilled eggs if I'm feeling fancy.

Just curious, who recommended having eggs only boiled? I never heard that recommendation except for food on the go. But that's only because stuffing a fried egg in your pocket before rushing out the door will make a mess...

Don't think I've ever seen a recommendation only to boil eggs.

I probably go through more than a dozen a week, fried (in olive oil, lard, or garlic butter, for slightly different tastes) and in omelettes mainly.

I also eat them in all the ways they were suggested in this thread (except raw). I just want to add another yummy way. You need a muffin/cupcake tray for it.
Step 1: line the mold with bacon
Step 2: put some grated cheese in there
Step 3: crack the egg on top season it and put it in the oven for a few minutes.
Step 4: Enjoy

You don't have to go much further back to a time when the recommendation was "two a day if you are well, four if you are unwell"..

Well for the last few weeks (and still) I’ve had to be on an almost no fibre diet, a bit of a struggle with keto, a bit boring but managing it, last week I ate 2 dozen eggs in all their forms of cooking

I've never been fond of eggs since as a small child many more yeas ago than I can rememeber, I used to watch my dad slurping down glasses full of raw eggs.... :yuck: So I prefer mine well disguised - e.g. baked with nut meal/flour etc, as muffins, sponge pud, "bread", etc - so another vote for whatever way takes your fancy

I used to struggle with eggs too many years ago, had to be overcooked however they were done, love them now but one thing I still can’t do is have recognisable egg and chicken on the same plate as in a salad or a chicken omelette hehe

Now that’s a brilliant idea. Without the bread I haven’t had dippy egg 8n years but I think I just may tomorrow morning if I can find something to act as an eggcup. Thanks.

Dippy eggs are great with asparagus too, if I get the really fine, thin asparagus tips from Tesco when in season I just use eat it raw (the asparagus not the egg)

Shot glass?

I just cook the bacon as you would.
And cut into soldiers as I go.
Unless I’ve cooked it for my mum? Fully prepped.
She seems to prefer eating with her hands.. Alzheimer’s.
Shot glass?

Or nested in a portion of cut egg box?
Can’t say I’ve tried that one. We tend to use ceramic egg cups shaped like old VW vans..
