The purpose of my fast is to get to under 10% body fat before the end of the year, as I have a special set of occasions in January 2019. I had an intention to lean out as my next experiment, after my heavier weights time, mainly on 2 meals a day (up to 5 days out of 7), which I did not enjoy as it led to eating past satiety. More on that in another thread to come.
