Fasting 7 days (probably)

Yep you're doing well. I have decided to try to maintain my weight during the Winter and start a new plan in the Spring. I might ask you for tips then...

All good so far but am reintroducing cream and milk to make drinks more bearable and hang autophagy!
 
Love cream in coffee but can't get quality organic double cream in my part of the world.
Dr Jason Fung doesn't count cream as breaking the fast.

I tend to have more than he recommends in my coffee though..
Getting cream was always a problem when we lived in France too... odd really I guess it all goes for butter making.

The purpose of my fast is to get to under 10% body fat before the end of the year, as I have a special set of occasions in January 2019. I had an intention to lean out as my next experiment, after my heavier weights time, mainly on 2 meals a day (up to 5 days out of 7), which I did not enjoy as it led to eating past satiety. More on that in another thread to come.

How do I feel: Great.
Hunger @ 45 hours is none (I felt this way on waking at 36 hours)
FBG @ the time of writing @ 45 hours (post workout): 4.0
Drinks: Black Coffee, water and, rooibos and hibiscus tea
ABS Six pack outline is a shadow
Energy: Not sure. Definitely functional, I feel I could do a workout but am pacing myself. I have another weights session planned after work so will test then.

My next posts will be summaries, just setting the baselines and accountability in this one.

I am going to try some resistance training as I have seen this before, cardio would put me in the 2's. Fasting with exercise is so potent.

I am curious why no hunger? would it not be a natural (healthy) response to not eating for 4 days to be very hungry? sounds odd to me
