Workout:
4 times around the circuit below
- 25 push ups
- 10 upright rows (2 x 15 kg dumbbells)
- 20 hammer curl to press (2 x 15 kg dumbbells)
- 25 bent over rows (2 x 15 kg dumbbells)
- 26 alternating lunges
