Good going with the gentle 10 km .. sounds like things are starting to get better mate. Funny how some viruses really take some time to get over. Very frustrating. Especially when you don't get ill very often. Drives me crazy when it happens to me .. and I always give in and do some crazy workout before I should, then the body teaches me a lesson LOL. Hope you recover soon mate.
