Only a light work out as have had cluster headaches for the last 2 weeks - cheese induced so no sympathy for myself! Headaches easing off now so will be pushing a bit harder tomorrow. Need a different spin bike, this ones not enough for me now!

Can honestly say I’ve never had an endorphin hit from running, worst exercise ever
A lot of my mates at school hated PE but cross country in freezing winter weather was my fix. They would bunk off and smokes cigs at the swings whilst taking it in turns to play look out for the teachers! I would go around twice, crossing two fields and a kissing gate. I could never run hurdles or do the long jump I was too short and I was never picked for rounders as I couldn't run on the flat, but I could belt the ball like a cricketer apparently! I got ribbed a lot for loving it, that and hockey. It must be in my genes as my brother is the same and my dad loved being outside in all weathers too.
