Hi LainieHi guys just wondered how long after exercise do you do a bg test, if you do at all? I cannot believe I am asking but I have an exercise mode on my metre but still non the wiser. Thinking of sticking a Libre on despite a love hate with them!

I never bother after exercise. My BG is always higher for a bit after exercise.
