An amazing workout despite the lung infection!! Incredible. It's sounds so tough to cope with, I don't know how you do it. Difficulty breathing is tough enough but double dose antibiotics are really tiring. Hope you get better soon!

Hi guys just wondered how long after exercise do you do a bg test, if you do at all? I cannot believe I am asking but I have an exercise mode on my metre but still non the wiser. Thinking of sticking a Libre on despite a love hate with them!

Hi guys just wondered how long after exercise do you do a bg test, if you do at all? I cannot believe I am asking but I have an exercise mode on my metre but still non the wiser. Thinking of sticking a Libre on despite a love hate with them!
I always have a libre on
Exercise in the morning raises my bg then drops quickly about an hour later
Exercise after work no raise but a sharp drop
Might be worth trying a libre & see what happens to you
I find libre exaggerates blood sugar straight after exercise in the morning
