Early Morning Snack: Greek yoghurt, protein powder, grapes, PB, walnuts

Weird day eating-wise,spent 11 hours in A&E with the mumski in the evening. She was OK thankfully, just had to checked to ensure she didn't have a blood clot. But 11 hours in A&E is hard when you're 90! She's back home resting and for once not arguing when I tell her to take it easy! A late Christmas miracle LOL
