Fasting Blood Sugar this morning + yesterday's food AND physical activity

Great FBG & exercise routine
Actually managed to put 1/2 kilo ion & shoulders are getting even more defined, pb on strict shoulder press this morning & 3x10 bench presses at new weight
Gym routine takes so long now, most of it is sitting around between sets

My sis and her boys are down from Glasgow, so we'll take mum out for a nice Mother's day lunch.
Lot's of fun and running about with the boys too I'm sure. It'll be a lovely family weekend.

Rang consultants secretary again yesterday, he’s been on holiday this week & is on study leave next week so letter can’t be released (he needs to approve & sign it), can’t even tell me the a1c result, you will definitely get your results back first

Hope the early morning run was good!
Had GP appointment yesterday. Liver function bloods were fine. Told him about the muscle soreness from the statins and he's prescribed a different statin. So we'll see how that goes. Will be giving blood at GPs next week to see if cholesterol is coming down.
