Hi there, really saddened to hear about your BGs being so erratic yesterday. I can't imagine how frustrating that must be. Poor you. I hope today is much better and that you can enjoy the remainder of the weekend. So lovely that you and your husband have your boy in your lives .. sounds really sweet. I hope you all have a great day celebrating his 25th. Imagine how old I'll feel by the time my girl is 25! :woot:

Late night snack: Choc protein pudding .. up late watching a movie with daughter .. good fun .. we had to have snacks. I don't usually eat after 8 PM. It did raise the morning FBG a little, but not too bad .. will not eat late tonight. Was nice being able to chill and have fun with the kiddo.

a. 1 min alternating snatches (pair of kettlebells snatching, L then R, holding a kettlebell in each hand at all times)
b. 1 min alternating clean and press (pair of kettlebells clean and press, L then R, holding a kettlebell in each hand at all times)
c. 1 min alternating cleans (pair of kettlebells cleans, L then R, holding a kettlebell in each hand at all times)
d. 1 min squats
e. 1 min press ups

Finish with 4 x 25crunches

Couldn't do the kettlebell routine above while on the old statins, too much muscle ache and soreness in the biceps. No problems with the new statins though thankfully.
