L: Thai chicken curry with lots of veggies and 2 fried eggs, Choc protein pudding
D: Huel black chocolate + Protein powder + PB
Late night snack: Choc protein pudding (Exercised late felt ravenous after so ate some protein just to keep the muscles supplied and recover well)


Yesterday's Activity:
Steps: ~10,000

Workout:
4 x 20 chest presses with pair of 20kg bells
4 x 10 decline deficit push ups (feet up on couch, hands on handles of kettlebells so I can go deep down at the bottom, done super slow)
4 x 25 bent over rows with a 20kg bell
4 x10 biceps curls with a 20kg bell
4 x 20 squats with a 20kg bell
4 x 25 crunches

S/ 2 cheese strings, superfood bite (too low to drive home legally)
D/ cod in tarragon sauce, roasted broccoli, green beans & 2 small salad potatoes toasted

After libre said 10.4, blood test said 6.7, swimming in the morning is the best form of exercise for b/s, might have to miss a gym day & add in an extra swim day

  • 20 press ups done reaching out with one hand to rest on kettle bell placed in front of you. 10L, 10R
  • 25 bent over rows with 20kg kbell
  • 10 biceps curls with 25kg kbell

Followed by 5 times around circuit below:
  • 20 squats with 20kg kbell
  • 10 straight single leg deadlifts with 20kg kbell
  • 10 shoulder press with pair of 20kg kbells
Finish with
  • 4 x 25 crunches
  • hamstring stretches
