This morning's FBG: 5.7

Yesteday's food:
B: Huel black chocolate + protein powder + PB
L: Huel black banana + protein powder + PB
AL: Extra mature cheddar and Brie
D:2 naked spicy chicken burgers, 2 fried eggs, broccoli stir fried with garlic
AD: Choc protein pudding

Yesterday's Activity:
Steps: ~4,000

Workout:

With a pair of 11 kg dumbbells, 10 times around the circuit below:

Ten rounds of the circuit below, no rest during a round until all exercises are complete, then 20 deep breaths and start again, repeat until a total of 10 rounds competed
  • Push up to renegade row x 10
  • Biceps curl x 10
  • Overhead press x 10
  • Triceps extension x 10
  • Squat x 10
  • Lunge x 10
  • Bent over row x 10
  • Standing twist and diagonal press x 10
Increase dumbbells weight by 1 kg to 11 instead of 10. Felt much harder considering it was only a pesky 11 kg in each hand instead of 10 kg. Enjoyable though, dripping with sweat by the end of it!

Well I think I'll cut my hair too! LOL
Hope the hairdresser does a good job!
Funnily enough I'll be painting too. Fun fun fun. Thank god for audiobooks and headphones :)

Great workout
Had another rest day yesterday, still got the squats in though, still doing the 100 in one go with no rest
3.5 hours at the hairdressers yesterday
Pulled a muscle in my side swimming last week, going to try a gentle jog after breakfast but if it hurts I’ll walk, don’t want to miss pt tomorrow
2 consecutive test days is obviously good for resting heart rate
Enjoy the rest of the weekend

Great cardio workout
Did your mum get her shoes?
Bike racing yesterday was actually really good, lovely & sunny, just really hard going up & down steep hill (cobbled)
They all had fish & chips, not even tempted to have 1 chip, even though gravy was involved
Letter has arrived from hospital HNF4a MODY, not even one of the 2 most common ones
Still going to gym for pt, might have to modify workout though
Enjoy your day

Chips and gravy! Not had that in decades! Those hills sound crazy. Remember the Hovis ad?! Glad you enjoyed the bike race.
Yep, mum got her shoes, treats from M&S and skin care product from Boots.
It's like going shopping with a 6 year old girl only you're not being dragged around Smiggle, Claire's Accessories and the sweetie shops! :joyful:
Still fun and cute in its own way though .. there's only one mumski!

Wow,
2 questions:
How can you workout at that time of night?
How many different weight dumbells & kettlebells do you have?
Been told muscle should be healed in a week, I’m not convinced, nearly went out on road bike last night but thought better of it, at least on peleton there’s no bumps
Another leg day at the gym this morning
Enjoy your day
