How can you workout at that time of night?
How many different weight dumbells & kettlebells do you have?
Been told muscle should be healed in a week, I’m not convinced, nearly went out on road bike last night but thought better of it, at least on peleton there’s no bumps

Thanks for the kind wordsI don’t know how you manage to do everything, you’re mums lucky to have you to help her, sounds like she really needs it, good that you have a little time for yourself as well, you have your own health to look after, stress doesn’t do any of us any favours

Oh yes soreness 100% down to statins. Are you sure the muscle soreness is down to the statins & not the exercise, you do do a lot of hard workouts
I need to keep doing the squats in the morning as legs really ache now in the evening
Been up since 4 with a big mug of tea, ibuprofen, ice pack & hot water bottle
Long day at work today, son goes on holiday tomorrow so lots to get done
Enjoy your day
OMG .. can't believe that GP said that .. I mean today we have the internet, he could at least look it up!! Not know everything is totally forgivable. Acting like you know when you don't, that's something else! Not good in a doctor.Wow, what a workout
Went into work an hour early to get on the peleton to find son already there working
We even stayed till 6pm last night to get as much done as we could before he goes on holiday so only managed the 100 squats
Covid booster this morning, hopefully get some sort of workout in later
Both children have been in touch with gp surgery re: MODY testing
Daughter told they don’t know how to do it but will find out for her
Son told he doesn’t need it as he would already be diabetic by now (he was 25 last month & I was diagnosed at 31) clearly his gp doesn’t have a clue
Didn’t know all that about statins, I actually don’t personally know anybody with type 2
I’m not insulin resistant, have high good chlosteral & really low trigs which is another symptom of MODY
Blood sugar playing nice today, seems rest days are important after all
Lovely sunny day here
Enjoy your weekend
