Hope you’re still enjoying your protein powder,
Blood sugar is so unpredictable 5.4 before dinner, 5.4 after 1 hour & 6.9 after 2 hours, so where did the 8.4 come from this morning?
Had breakfast & back down to 6.9 after 2 hours
Food shopping, gardening, painting patio furniture & a bike ride later
Today is another chance to get it right, or not
Enjoy your weekend

Oh dear sorry to hear about the BG levels messing you around again. I guess you didn't enough insulin released overnight to deal with the glucose the liver generates. Remember as long as your keeping on range most of the time and keeping fit and healthy then you're doing great. If it ever gets to the point where it becomes too hard to keep it in range without meds let the consultant know. Sounds to me like MODY is the toughest to deal with as it can be so unpredictable. But you are doing great! Straight forward T2 is much easier blood sugar wise. I hope today goes better for you than yesterday.

I've been in the garden, trimming back hedges and trees overhanging from the neighbour's garden. The foliage is quite pretty actually but it stops mum's roses getting light and rainfall on them so they had to go! Put a hanging basket outside the front door which looks good. Went into town and got a couple of French books, on small collection of French modern fiction and one book on French grammar. Might take myself off to the cinema tonight, The Northman looks like fun .. and the weird Nicholas Cage movie looks like a laugh too!

Hope you're having a good day and that the BG levels behave for you today.

Thanks for your kind words yesterday, b/s is so unpredictable & with it being rare don’t think anybody really knows what to tell me to do
In the last 24 hours I’ve been in target range 100% of the time at an average of 6.2
Forgot to do the squats yesterday, but apparently if we miss a day we can make it up (as long as we do 3,100 in May)
Guess that means I’ll be doing 200 today
Still painting patio furniture & gardening, at least it’s warm & sunny here
How are the French books?
Did you go to the cinema last night & if you did did you enjoy the film?
Going to try & get out on my bike again later
Enjoy your day

Good little workout, finished in 20 mins, more sustainable than the mega rep dumbbell workout .. though I am stilll tempted by that :)

That is great, staying in target range .. you are winning!

French books are great ... no cinema last night .. going this afternoon instead. Might make a long walk of it, or get the bike out .. if I can find the lock!

Have a good day :):)

Surprised roast chicken raised your FBG
Trainer messaged me at 6.30 yesterday morning to cancel pt as short staffed, would normally have still gone to the gym but was tired so went to work early, was going to finish at 4 & do a 90 minute peloton class but was too busy so went on treadmill instead
Going to work early this morning &going on Peleton first
Enjoy your day

Hope you get that Peleton ride in today!
It was a very late meal .. and I was up very early too .. so maybe the lack of sleep contributed as well.
No cinema at weekend .. lots of reading though .
