- 10 swings L + 10 swings R (20 kg kettlebell)
- 10 deficit decline push ups (slow, both hands on kettlebell handles)

- 10 bent over rows L + 10 bent over rows R (20 kg kettlebell)
- 10 swings L + 10 swings R (20 kg kettlebell)
- 10 wood choppers L + 10 wood choppers R (20 kg kettlebell)

Thanks. I don't usually get back issues but on the odd occasion I do it's completely random. I was just turning to sit in an armchair while reaching out to put a cup of coffee on the adjacent table when it went 'ping'. An ibuprofen followed by a couple of hours gentle movement. massage and stretching eased it up. Hopefully back to business today..Hope that back gets better soon!

Lunchtime walk to supermarket and back, 2 mile walk back done with a 15 kg bag, farmer's walk alternating between L and R hands. Lovely walk in the sunshine listening to an audiobook, mostly through park and along cycle path along the river. Daughter thinks I'm mad for not driving .. told her at least I 'm not wearing my 20 kg training vest as well, like I do in winter under my coat!
Workout:
15 mins stretching and yoga
followed by
3 x 6 min rounds on the heavy bag in the garden, each 6 min round broken into:

- 2 mins continuous all out punches and elbow
- 2 mins continuous all out roundhouse kicks and knees
- 2 mins continuous all out ground and pound
followed by 10 mins stretching and yoga
- 5 x 25 decline push ups
- 5 x 10 squat jumps
