We’re trying hello fresh this week, just to try & eat something different
Now on a 10 day course of Pencillin, not sure if it’ll have any affect on b/s but sore throat is being very persistent
Upper body day in gym this morning, trainer will be there training himself so I’ve no excuses
Long day at work today to make up for skiving yesterday afternoon

I can see why you're getting the results that you are.
I'm tempted to join the gym and see what happens if I start lifting again LOL
 
Gyms not for everyone, you have the discipline to workout, though for you 2x16kg kettlebells isn’t heavy
The one where I go is on a caravan park in town, family owned for over 50 years & just been sold to Haven, nobody seems to know what going to happen at the end of the summer

Thanks .. yeah loved the outside workout.
Have the kiddo this week until Friday so probably no daytime workout for me this week. Unless she gets engrossed in her artwork or something. But that is cool.
Lovely weather here too, had a lovely walk in the park with my daughter and and some crazy golf.
Battered cod was lovely, better without the chips!
Might go to the cinema today .. or maybe into town to do some mooching around with daughter.
