Good workout mate.
Don't let it get you down. Happens every now and then. Sometimes your FBG is high if you take it too late or if you get up late in a panic, or even if you've been fasting too much. In some people the body responds to the stress of fasting with gluconeogenesis, some researchers are questioning whether IF or OMAD are actually a good idea for T2 diabetics for that reason. As the same results can be achieved by calories and macro controlled diet throughout the day. Everyone needs to figure out what works for them. What's a good approach for one is not for another. We know that increased energy storage space in the adipose compartment and increased activity and muscle are good for you and a good end goal to strive for. How you get there and maintain that state best will vary from person to person.
You'll be ok mate.
