Can you tell me what the advantage of doing a 7 day fast is, it sounds far to extreme to me and it does not sound right for elderly people to do it. I am both elderly and skinny and just missing a days meals can mean I loose weight 7 days and I would disappear.

Did you test last night before bed Kevin? I know maybe not relevant to your fast but I like to compare techniques to help others.
I'm on day 5 of a completely unplanned fast, I've got Salmonella (I think, still awaiting the test results from the doc). So fasting apart from a mug of home made bone broth. Actually, I think I could do this when I'm well! Interesting! Well done Kevin.

It's flushing out just fine! Results should be 11am tomorrow, by then I should 'have it on the run' I reckon! Must be feeling better, I can laugh about it now.Get it flushed out of your system and recover soon... Best wishes

Thoughts just over half way through; pleased generally, (Wght, Fat, Ket, BPM), BG is slower to respond than anticipated.
