Exactly 3 months ago I was diagnosed type 2 with a count of 107. Devastated and terrified was an understatement! Today I got the news that my count was down to 41. 3 months of low carbs, high fat , 3 Metformin a day and a 3 stone weight loss has proved that it is possible to control. I hope this will reassure all those who are newly diagnosed.

Congratulations! Isn't is amazing how much we can achieve with the correct information about what we should be eating. That is such a great result and I'm sure will be very encouraging for the new people here.
