hi maureen thats ok your health must come first i'm afraid its been a bad one for me today with the pain shooting up my spine from my hips but i live to fight another day start the morphine in couple of weeks once get weened of these butan patches .

@eldergarth sorry to hear your not we'll today do hope you feel better soon, I suffer with hip, spine pain ect not nice at all so I can understand how you feel, where exactly do you live if you don't mind me asking? Which area? I'm not offended if you dont wish to say, just you said your an hour from me. Wish you well hope you feel better very soon x

Thanks all for your kind remarks, was bit worried as X-ray was to check for cancer but seems it's all ok, was told today could just be a good day but it's good enough for me. Thanks again hope your all well. Terrible rain & wind here tree branches every where & trains been cancelled I heard x

Friend of mine was sent for chest X-ray weeks ago but hasn't gone yet said they're to worried about results but I said sooner you get it done the sooner you'll know, don't think the worst, be optimistic, hopefully it's good news
 
I'm also more relaxed. Been told to get into relaxation. Only able when on good pain killers thou. To be honest I need to catch up with jobs when pain-free not relax. :banghead:

@ickihun. Same here so behind, been under stress lot past year, so easy to get into a rut. Hope your pain goes soon & you feel bether. Take care
 
Evening everyone Ron starts his new meds tonight fingers crossed they work this time .
