Hi all.

Got my latest HBA1C result on Friday I have reduced from 1st diagnosis of 119 to 38. I am 3lb off losing 3 stone since Xmas and now off of Metformin. Waiting on 3 month post Metformin check to see if I have reversed type 2 :-)

So happy right now :-)

Wow, what an achievement. Fabulously well done. I am so very happy for you. Lots of hard work, but well worth it.

P.S. By many definitions, you would already be reversed (e.g. Virta Health, Newcastle), but I agree with you. It should be normal (not pre-diabetic) blood sugars with no medication.
