Thanks I know mpost fruits contain sugars but I was always under the impression they were not quite the same as Sucrose sugar and caused a lot less harm, I only got them because they were reduced in T***o now a pretty expensive bird food

Member @Antje77 uses the ones that grow in lush abundance by her front door, as hypo-treatment. That should tell you enough. ;)

I thought, how bad can it be, right, when I was served two or three at a meal. And I hadn't had any in years, used to love them... But in no time at all, my heart was racing, knees wobbly, face flushed... My blood glucose shot up like a rocket. There's lots of things in the world that contain things that are good for us. Vitamines especially, in fruits, pulses etc.... But if there's also a lot of sugar/carbs in there, it's just not worth the downside of having higher blood glucose. Plenty of vitamins to be found elsewhere.

You mean "little bags of mostly sugar" ? Sadly carbs are carbs, doesn't matter if they're brown or white (Complex carbs) Sucrose, Glucose or Fructose they all have the same effect on our malfunctioning endocrine systems
