I’ve been eating strictly Keto for the past four months & seeing changes in my weight & glucose levels.

But my concern is, following KETO diet is super hard & feels like hell. How to overcome it?

While following KETO, there are not much highs or lows. also, it's amazing how cutting bread out of your diet solves a lot of issues.

but the recipes are super boring..

I have been keto since 2017. What part of it are you finding difficult?

    Hello @sureshbhattslk and welcome!

I’ve been eating ketogenically for over 4 years and really enjoy it, so I’m sorry to hear you’re finding it hard. Is there anything in particular you’re finding difficult? It might be easier for people to give useful information if they know a bit more.

It's hard to avoid things that I like, viz alcohol, sweet items, some fruits.

Why are you following a ketogenic diet?
Do you have diabetes and if so what kind?
Many of us follow it for our health which is far more valuable than the temporary pleasure of eating something that may damage us.

There are millions of ideas for low carb stuff on the internet. Google whatever you fancy just put keto first.

Dietdoctor.com has lots of good ideas.

    Headbangerskitchen.com if you like indian.

If you like pizza lookup fat head dough.

    Keto fat bombs.

Should be enough to get you started.

Eight years nearly, mostly, only a couple of hiccups, but back into Keto.

Has changed my life and my health.

Have a read of the low carb forum or dietdoctor.co.UK for plenty of ideas and recipes.

You can use a frying pan to fry meat, which is totally low carb.
