HBa1C Results!!!

I’m a devout Christian and I had anointing of oil / spiritual healing in our church.

James 5:14-15 King James Version (KJV)

14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

I believe in the power of God through prayer!

With all my respect for Christ

I think you worked well and got a good result.
I do not think religion has anything to do with diabetes

With all my respect for you and our brothers Christians and Jews

Thank you!

So if my HBA1C has gone down to the “pre-diabetic” range, does that mean I’m T2?

But I haven’t had the GAD and C-peptide tests.

You have reduced your HbA1c with a low carb diet to pre diabetic levels. If you were anything other than a T2 this would be impossible without insulin and careful carb counting. If you weren’t a T2, you would have been VERY ill by now.

Thank you so much for the reassurance.

The DN said it’s unheard of considering I had Ketoacidosis on diagnosis now I’m pre-diabetic!

Just goes to show what they know - many of them zilch ( unfortunately )

Thank you!

I’m now aiming to hit the normal range which is around 40/42 % I think.
With your determination I’m sure you’ll be ‘normal’ next time. I went from high (70) to prediabetic (45) in two months then to ‘normal’ (36) in a further two months. Keep it up you’ll get there too!

You are amazing, congratulations!!!
So you’ve eventually put it under control.
Fantastic!!! You are a role model!!!

Yes it is unfortunate.

I’ve suffered so much during these past few weeks and got absolutely zero advice from my GP.

Thank God I found this site and all the good people in here!

Thank you, yes I’ve got it well under control now, that’s kind of you to say so!

My GP suspected a few weeks back I’m T1.5 (LADA).

But my HBA1C is now in the pre diabetic range!
