My Dr gave me 6 months to get my HbA1c lvl down from 10.2% to at least 7% or he will have to put me on insulin. that was back in January.

Well after only 3 months, lots of hard work at my diet and the great advice on these forums. I have managed to get my HbA1c lvl down to 5.9%.
So to those who have just joined these forums, listen to the advice given here and take heed to it,

To all those who give the advice, please keep up the good work you are doing, I put my new way of life down to my determination to get healthy and the help I received here.

THANK YOU ALL.

Very well done indeed *applause* and I hope you are able to keep up the good work!

Hi Joe.
What can I say....you have exceeded all my expectations. However I had a feeling that you with your determination would succeed in your efforts.

Well done Joe.

All the best
Ken.

Well done Suffolkboa61,

5.9 is excellent in such a short space of time! :D

well done suffolkboi.
Just shows you what can be done, eh? I do wish the doctors were giving advice that's half as good as you get here.

Congratulations, a great achievement
