Hello. I'm not doing well this week. Yesterday exercise was a morning with my 2 year old grandson and an afternoon of gardening but today was knitting and shopping so not so good.![]()
Today I ran up and down the stairs three times every hour on the hour.
Got my heart racing each time (I'm 72) and the muscles in my legs ache like fury.
Easy up, steady on girls, i can't afford any collectionsRunning up and down stairs isn't easy , I'm 50 and get knackered doing it lol

I went swimming today. I swam continuously for 50 minutes and achieved equivalent of 40 lengths in a standard pool.

Today I walked down the cliff to the spa and walked back up ( I didn't chicken out and take the cliff lift!) then I went swimming and did 35 lengths equivalent of standard pool. I wonder if I'll fall asleep again.![]()
