I eat a high fiber diet, and by that nature my carb content may be higher than a lot of yours. If I were to compare my diet to a popular one, I would say Mediterranean for this reason. How do you all feel about that?

The carbs you need to count for sorting out your blood glucose do not include fibre, so high or low fibre diets are pretty immaterial for type two carb control.
