How many cups of coffee do you have per day?

I have around 5 to 7 black coffees a day. Anything with milk will spike my bg, not that I have been having black, anything with milkm tastes terrible.

Hi everyone, brand new to the forum.. had a loging for a while but i think this might be my 1st time posting.

I drink ginger tea during my fasting window.. usually about 2 or 3 cups in tne morning, nothing except boiled water and 2 tea bags for my 1st cup, then 1 bag for the others.
After 12, i then drink my regular, homemade coffee with milk and splenda, and drink it with my 1st meal of the day. i love my bieletti coffee contraption, makes nice, strong coffee.
If its one of those weeks right before shark week, then i drink 2 more cups of my coffee because for some reason i am still hungry.
However, i try not to drink coffee after 16:00, otherwise i dont sleep well.

On rising, I drink a mug of weak, black, unsweetened tea - usually a green tea. This will be followed by breakfast and a mug of unsweetened coffee with cream. During the rest of the day, I will have another four or five mugs of coffee and a few mugs of tea—no coffee after around 16.00. All are not decaffeinated.

I love coffee, so have 6 or 7 mugs per day - strong, with a bit of soya milk. Often accompany with 15g of almonds. Diabetic for 12 years, in my 70s, but by God's grace both weight and diabetes are currently under control and don't feel a need to fast. I probably need to cut down a bit more on carbs.

How much coffee do you drink (during your fasting regimen and in eating window)? And how do prepare it/with what?
I live in an Italian ( Sicilian) household and the only coffee which is available is espresso. I drink 4 to 5 a day and each cup contains 40ml of strong coffee with no sugar or sweetener or milk. This type of coffeee does not effect my blood sugar. I have been a DT1 for the past 67 years.
