Full of protein and fibre. They use chicken feathers as filler in the worst kind of sausage etc. Give me horse anyday!

Not for the squeamish but if you are not easily put off : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balut_%28egg%29 You can buy this in bars in the Philippines.

I think I'd rather have diabetes.
