It is wonderful news, and quite overwhelming when I sit down (with a cuppa) and fully take in exactly what has happen this year.
Thanks in part to your good self, and some other mods who kept me check and stopped me ranting and raving

I'm shouting from the rooftops to try and move things and shake things for us all. Just doing my bit.

On my way to warrington to a big meeting. Lots of drs and HCPs. Including both unwins! I will be there to answer questions as an expert pt. I'm not expert but I will do my best.

@poemagraphic that is such wonderful news! Not only in remission but having come off insulin too. Plus talking the DN round rather than alienating her. You are an absolute star!

When I remember that you were on insulin, with such high numbers... major celebration required.
 
Amazing achievement. Congratulations. The only advice I will add is to never take your eye off the ball now that you've achieved so much. Future complacency is the only enemy. The hard part is already done

A big up to you my friend, because you like me, just tell it how you see it. No bells and whistles, no frills, no waffle (who would want to eat them?) We don't always see to eye maybe, however we are not the same height.
You made so much sense of my confusion and placed 'it' into remission.
You words always resonate with me.Esp. this post.

There is something however, I can not take the credit for... The tireless effort and work my trouble and strife (wife) puts in every single day to ensure that I stay healthy and well.

THE LCHF diet (and indeed,every other diet on the planet) can only ever work, when we consume the right food in the right proportions, every success story has this basic premise at its ❤
"If this premise is true, then the conclusion must also be true.

LCHF works for me. Due wholly to the diligence from both of us.

Plus the great camaraderie and amity of... (as the contents of this post and posters clearly demonstrates) The Global Diabetes community

Good going Po, thats a great achievement.
Congratulations and wish you success all through out the life, stage is set now you need to keep improving the performance for rest of the life.

A detailed story from beginning to current achievement will be inspiration to many. Kindly do pen down the same. Or share the link if already done.
