I saw a big change around 5 weeks but my wife says she seen biggest change this last week so once I get the pics done ill post then minus my head to save embarrassment of course.

Ok one session left and a fitness test. Felt good during session but came down with a bump after. Feeling better now I've eaten.

So it had come. The lady full session done. The only thing left to do is fit test tomorrow afternoon. Not sure how I feel at the end of the session relief. Contemplative and overall tired I gave it my all and now it's done.

It's over this is what I achieved in 60 days.
Smashed it here it goes fit test results. All 1 min long.
Switch kicks started with 64 now 180.
Power jacks 53 now 71
Power knees 79 now 120
Power jumps 55 now 80
Globe jumps 10 now 14
Suicide jumps 20 now 26
Push up jacks 25 now 40
Low plank oblique 25 now 80

Absolutely wasted I gave it everything thanks to everyone who followed my progress I am very grateful indeed. I will put before and after minus my head in a bit.

Thank you all and real results so it does work. Not sure I would do it again bit I'm sure there's another challenge out to try next year. I'm having a chill over Xmas then onto my road bike for the run up to the spring. Thank you to everyone who posted viewed and the likes it got me through. Whoever tries this hang on in there it's worth it.

I just started it last Mon with a few others at work. I've tried it before but not actually followed the programme. This time going to try it properly. Done the fitness test Mon and that was tough ! It's quite funny watching others do it though !
