I suffered a really nasty fall Wednesday morning, hitting the ground really hard, bouncing off the concrete and then landing really hard again (knocked my shoe right off) my right hip to my right knee is so painful that I can not walk properly.
My only concern is, both my feet are really swollen, (I think my left foot had been swollen for a little while, which may be the reason I fell) but since the fall they've been getting bigger and more numbness and tingly. Went to minor injuries (nothing they can do... "not allowed to do X-rays on hips/legs or feet" apparently), I can not get to the hospital, and don't fancy wasting NHS's money on an ambulance!
Can anyone let me know if it's diabetes related? No, I don't have good control, never have, so I don't need a lecture. I'm not stating my BG levels either because some people on here like to have a moan at me for it! (Don't take that personally!)
I've added a pic below.
