well very new to real keto-diet .. I am looking for great inspiration,I stumbled over this wonderful site :

some inspirering in variety , I am afraid to end up eating the same stuff all the time and not to get enough minerals and vitamins and trace-substances ...

lately I have had oats for breakfast a few times a week, this has made my ezema almost go away.. byt also my numbers have been creaping up in general lately... so I need to change my eating style now..

Great web sites to check out.
i am at 0.8 this morning (blood ketones that is) in spite of half a scone yesterday post intense exercise.
The app I use is cron o meter because it has a keto diet setting but I am not fanatical about it. Mainly doing it to show the doctor although I suspect he/she will be hgely disinterested or critical.
