There are very many but could I suggest a book first? Keto Clarity by Jimmy Moore with Eric C Westman is really good. I found forums and websites a bit of a minefield because keto means different things to different people, and I got very distracted by the multitude of sweet food substitutes.

Not solely UK but has members from all over the world. A lot of whom are incredibly knowledgable on ketogenic eating.

There is quite a large Facebook forum for low carb eating, 'Keto' is a rather vague title even though it is used a lot.

Now you’ve done it! Lost me the few hours I’m not otherwise occupied on a new site.......
It was started by Richard Morris and Carl Franklin AKA the "Keto Dudes" although Richard has stepped back a bit since he started his Biochemistry studies.
