I see from your other thread this morning you are on Gliclizide
Good morning everyone. I have a question. I am on 80mg x2 daily of gliclazide. Just made a morning drink and was about to take my gliclazide when I had a thought. If you are supposed to take this about 20 mins/ with food, how do you know if it's the gliclazide that's brought your numbers down after 2 hours of if the food is actually not too carby. I know the aim of the game is to get those numbers to good levels even with meds, but now I'm confused

I don't want to have things thinking they are ok to eat for me, if it's the meds that's doing all the work and making it seem better than...
Just wanted to caveat that some of the information I posted for you yesterday you will need to be very careful with as I shared my experience & advice because your info said diet only. Like I said in your other thread if you need help with updating this just shout out.
Please be very careful with dropping your carbs too quickly whilst on Gliclizide as it’s a hypo inducing drug. Take your time & do it slowly until you are getting the numbers you are looking for.
