I've just bought and read the 8 week Blood Sugar Diet book to keep me focused . I've controlled my Diabetes by lower carb and activity for nearly 3 years . Good to reflect sometimes and go back to basics .
Mrsdumplin when I started I cut down on bread , pasta , rice and potatoes . Had a little bit of Aldi dark chocolate at night ( very sweet tooth and needed it lol ).
