ok tried everything (took the battery out, and on/off switch pressed for few sec) nothing worked -so my dad will have the old one since where he is they use mg/dL. I used to mmol/L. Every morning I get my phone out to convert.
I did not want my dad to see my higher readings after Weetabix experiments!!
I am eating Livlife bread from Morrisons 500g £199 and 68 cal. I liked it very much, phew I can have a sandwich now. Decided to loose 2-3 kgs again and then try to increase carb levels. I did eat a slice of brown bread (tesco finest farmhouse) yesterday and exercise a lot. reading before lunch 5 after 1 hr (on the bike last half hr) BS 6.2 after 3 hrs BS 6.4 after 4 hrs 4.6. I exercise every hour 15 min in case BS go up and I cant keep doing that everyday. Ordering some shakes to make it easy too diet as where there is food I cant keep count of what I eat.
I have increased my exercise levels and hoping this will help to improve BS in the longer run. My sister in Australia lost few kgs (she went for walks after meals) now her BMI 20.8%, she is eating carbs normally and her BS around 5.2 after meals. My BMI 22.6 unless I go on diets it does not budge.
I have watched prof Taylors video in Fend few times and it does make lot of sense.
