This is one of my great fears!
I would be unable to tell whoever tends me that I can't have glucose or glucagon injection and they would do it, because that is their training and the resulting overproduction of insulin/glucagon would have on me.
I. Do wear a medical bracelet. Is that enough?
I have given explicit instructions to those at work and family.
I think it's a really great idea. Thank you.@Brunneria
What do you think about a post that defines reactive hypoglycaemia to greet newbies that show symptoms.
As @daisy1 does when greeting diabetes newbies.
It would save a lot of confusion when and if we have our own forum.
I'm useless at tech stuff, maybe help from the techs and moderators could set this up.
What do you think?
I think it's a great idea and would be much appreciated! Xx@Brunneria

Hi - no it's me with the prob (I've no kids) lol ok wasn't good at all on sat after Xmas party .. Spent the day eating everything round me and half a packet of glucose tablets and still waiting to be referred! ( prob shouldn't be drinking not helping myself)
Cut yourself some slack!
This time of year has to be the worst possible for making dietary changes.
Maybe you'll feel so bad, by New Year, that it'll be easy!
Sorry mistaken ID!
Until you have seen a specialist and had the tests you can do a few things that won't matter in the long run. Control is the key. Start properly in the new year. And keep trying to get a referral you need it!
Nah, your getting yourself confuddled @nosher8355 .
@ladygti was choosing LC for herself.
It was @tanith1989 with the wee girl. Hope she's ok.
How you doing, ladygti?

Hi,Hi Guys
Hope you's had a good Christmas and happy new year. I'm back looking some advice on Monday and Tuesday I took blurred/double vision made driving very difficult had to cover one eye couldn't focus so rang optician went got eyes tested expecting to get re prescription and glasses. During the test I couldn't get the dot into one dot and was seeing two the optician asked re health I said about waiting to go to hospital and he got me to test my blood there and it was normal but he seemed to think that fluctuations in sugar level can affect sight like that and is writing a letter to my doctor to advise it to be checked when at hospital. Now I've been fine the last two days but I'm really concerned that my license could be taken off me? Anybody any advice about any of this? I need my car for work so I'm very concerned what could happen thanks in advance x
