HELP Fasting blood glucose of 75 mg/dL (home kit) this morning and 77 mg/dL yesterday morning (home kit). Last January it was 103 mg/dL (lab), but last month (September) it was only at 93 mg/dL. I am really worried because I ate a low-carb meal and I think my blood sugar acts so slow during meals.
Hello everyone I am very worried right now. I am heading to the doctor two weeks from now for an appointment. So here's why...
A while ago I ate my lunch at 12:00 PM cause I am doing intermittent fasting. My initial blood glucose was 69 mg/dL. I cooked my lunch and ate pita bread (made with almond flour and cauliflower), onions (raw), cabbages (raw), cucumber, ground chicken (cooked in coconut oil and margarine), chicken liver (cooked in coconut oil and margarine), with mayonnaise, mustard, and a lot of cheese.
So here's the thing you can see in the pictures.
Before I ate, it was 69 mg/dL.
30 minutes after I ate, I tested again, it was 104 mg/dL.
1 hour after it was 127 mg/dL.
2 hours after it was 114 mg/dL.
Isn't it moving down very slowly? I am so worried right now, I feel so anxious ( I am a hypochondriac).
I am so worried and two weeks is very far from now. Is it possible I have pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, or diabetes based on my meals? TYIA.
