Legs for me today, a decent warm up then sets of single leg extensions and curls, and it felt odd but I did 6 sets with each leg, not too heavy, then bog standard squats to 110kg x 6 and 3 sets of front squats just to 50kg then I jumped on the leg press machine to do some one legged press sets and one legged calf raises.
