Anyone tried the seed crackers from M&S at a claimed 3g carb per 100g weight? I've tried several M&S outlets now and the staff don't seem to be aware that these exist. M&S website is not helpful either.

I managed to get some around a month ago. They are very nice and don’t spike my blood sugar.

I have been eating them and they are great, my M&S seem to have plenty - for anyone wondering they are not gluten free
Thanks all. I suppose it's reassuring that others can't find them - I was beginning to think I was hallucinating. The search continues.
I'm also thinking about having a word with M&S about their website - search for low carb seed crackers and you get either high-carb (but tricksy) crackers, or those things that only come out at Christmas.

No, but they do look very like the M&s ones, but are a lot more expensive, and the m&s ones weren't cheap either, about £1.80 from memory
I am going to try making these one day, the recipe seems similar
