Seed crackers M&S

    Anyone tried the seed crackers from M&S at a claimed 3g carb per 100g weight? I've tried several M&S outlets now and the staff don't seem to be aware that these exist. M&S website is not helpful either.

    Are these what you mean? No idea of the ingredients but Mr. Zig is usually high as a kite with gluten free as usually made with rice? https://www.ocado.com/products/m-s-made-without-cheese-crackers-511280011

    I managed to get some around a month ago. They are very nice and don’t spike my blood sugar.

    Super seed crackers sunflower, sesame and linseed over 90% seeds

    Is how they are described in the box, 3G of carbs per 100, 130g in a box which is about 24 crackers, I have 5 and count it as 1 carb, delicious with cheese or pate.

    They are tremendous. I have nearly run out but last time I went to my local M & S, they didn't have any in.

    I have been eating them and they are great, my M&S seem to have plenty - for anyone wondering they are not gluten free

    Thanks all. I suppose it's reassuring that others can't find them - I was beginning to think I was hallucinating. The search continues.

    I'm also thinking about having a word with M&S about their website - search for low carb seed crackers and you get either high-carb (but tricksy) crackers, or those things that only come out at Christmas.

    You have the same problem that I do. As soon as you find a new delicious supermarket product that you really like, they stop stocking it....
