Type 2 Sleeping (how Many Hours Did You Sleep Last Night?)

Only wish Ron would sleep. Last night he had 2 hours if that but it kept getting interrupted . He couldn’t get comfortable so ended up in his recliner. I’ve tried making the room as dark as possible . Keeping it cold . No electronic devices in the room but nothings working . Any advice would be helpful.

Get a white noise generator, there's a lot of apps for android and fondle slabs.

Noise / sounds like rain on a tin roof, waves crashing onto the beach, gurgling creeks always sent me off when I could not sleep.

about two hours last night....... i have bad, cold and sore throat so slept nearly all day,,normal night would be 7-8 hours

7 hours interupted twice , but usually sleep around 8-9 hours which is essential to keep my depression away , not too little not too much

About seven hours, but with a pee break about 1 am.

Mental note to self that best couple of night's sleep recently have coincided with lowish BG levels the next morning.

About six and a half hours last night.
I am going to bed later to try to adjust to darker mornings, but I'm still waking around 6am. Hopefully my internal time clock will reset itself soon.

6 and a half.
Not doing so well since I got back from hol and back to work. And I can feel the difference.
There's a surprise ;)

Solid 8 hours with a pee break about 5am. This follows a 12 mile walk in the woods around Canterbury. Fantastic although we got lost a lot!

8 hours, didn't wake once. Back to my routine now after 4 days away :)

After a couple of days of less than 6 hours (that'll teach me not to forget the Magnesium Oil, eh?)
I had an asthma reaction on Saturday, and slept for over 9 glorious hours on Saturday night, waking feeling human again.
Then back to around 6.5-7 hrs for the last 2 nights.
