Right - I've been very quiet on this thread, I have been mad busy but honestly, each day I have tried to master my sparkly pink hula hoop and STILL can't get more than a couple of wobbly turns before it hits my ankles
It's been fun though, and provides much entertainment for the cats

Managed 20 minus on bike yesterday before setting off... Though the half hour spent immediately before departure looking for and not finding junior's wallet was a nice cardio work out in its own right.
Today I am in Durham avoiding the big meet.. Too hot on field so brisk walk up into town for 15 minutes then going to wander round shops in a bit after a relaxing coffee.. The bands and drunks seem to have gone.
