Hello everybody. 50minutes swimming yesterday and 75 minutes swimming today.

Still delicate, so just a short walk in the supermarket for me today.
Planning to do some garden work tomorrow. I need fresh air, and no swimming pool when I am wheezy.

Wow your bgl must be in pretty good shape after all that swimming! I indulged in a slice of banana cake yesterday which sent my bgl sky rocketing to 11! Bad move. A half hour swim brought it back down to 6.1

2 x 30 minute walks (leaves are now falling and a wonderful day)
1 x 38 minute walk with 6 x 30sec bursts of quicker movement (I'd like to call it sprinting but it probably doesn't cut it)

Hello @v4victory wow the swimming worked well for you. My bs during the day is good 5s and 6s but morning bs is very erratic. It is always slightly higher if I haven't swam the day before. Good luck with the swimming.

My dear old mum always used to say nobody needed gyms when she was young. The housework kept them fit.

She knew what she was talking about. I have had a mega clean up of 2 rooms. Washed paintwork floor to ceiling. In fact, washed every square inch of the rooms. (Ok, they are the smallest rooms in the house). Not been out of the house, but exceeded the target on fitness tracker.

Such is my life that I actually enjoyed it. Also, felt my dear departed mum's presence, and she was smiling.

I walked for about an hour and a half today. Browsing B&Q for ideas for garden and house improvements. The warehouse is huge. I didn't buy anything though.

I did my voluntary work this afternoon, 20 minutes walking there and back as well as up and down the shop stairs countless times!

My activity today has been four hours jet washing patios and pottering in garden. Freezing cold wind, but sunny. Perfect for outside work. Quite chuffed with myself.

Had a bit of a day off 1 x 36 minutes walking. Had a great nap this afternoon and looking forward to a productive week. Homemade Chicken and Corn soup for Dinner, Yes!!!

A sprint around Tesco, to buy in for a family visit.

A potter round garden. Meal all prepared. Feet up waiting for their arrival. Delighted that it is pleasantly warm enough to sit in the garden I tidied yesterday. As long as we stay in the sheltered spot out of the wind.

Done a little bit of zumba today, 30 minutes this afternoon. Back into the work routine tomorrow when back to work after 2 weeks off and a 30 minute walk there and back.
