Step into Spring

I walked a few miles in London on Saturday. I'm still not managing to get back into my old routine though.

Just do what you can Zand , remember anything is better than nothing

Well I finally went back to the chiropractor today. So I've got several physio type exercises to do. I so hate those, but I know they will help me get better.

Swimming pool for aqua fit. Managed 45 mins before asthma got me.

Hope you feel better soon Zand.
Pipp well done , hope the asthma improves

Hi there peeps!
Great to see you are all plugging away with your Springy Steps!
Okay, don't laugh, but I have developed a new exercise plan - it came about through my knees being so sore when I went out for a run and I was too pig headed to turn back and go home. So.....I run backwards! No pain in my knees AND it's actually really good exercise (and far more tiring!) I have now developed a run where I run between the telephone poles forwards, then backwards, then side to side, then high energy skipping! It certainly brings colour to my cheeks (though that is also from the embarrassment when I get spotted acting like an idiot!)!:playful:
I shall never run entirely forwards again and am converted to a new way of viewing the world. My hubby and I are hopeful that running backwards is also a bit like running the clock back - i could literally be running myself younger!:D

Ooh Bebo 321 that's interesting . Will try it tomorrow.

Well danced in garden backwards for a bit , it was a laugh , also went on numb bum for 5km

@Jamrox, where have all the spring steppers gone?
Ok I am guilty of slacking, but it is looking a bit lonely in here. Hope everyone is too busy exercising to have time to post.
I have been back in my favourite swimming pool today. 50 mins aquafit. As spring is showing the dust in my house I am about to follow that with some intense domestic engineering (aka as vacuuming and dusting)

10 minute walk around the grounds of a hospital , then played on stepper and exercise Ball for a while , much to my daughters laughter

7km on numb bum this morning . Now for breakfast

Walked around a freezing cold Ayr then danced about my living room ... Slowly
