Step into Spring

Hi I'm still doing my 5x50 challenge .
I've been busy so not had time to post much . I ll catch up with you all Thursday .
Even Physio exercises are more than we did when we started all this x
 
6km on numb bum again . Hoping to go for a walk tomorrow
 
Managed 25 mins swim, and 2x10 min walks.
 
I have managed to get to the swimming pool Wednesday and today, each time for 50 mins of aquafit.
Slowly getting active again.
 
Well have to say I feel quite smug today . For the 2nd year running I have completed the 5x50 challenge.

Well done Jamrox! I've been a bit lax on my exercise the last week or so due to work :(

Well done , i'm pedalling my exercise bike am and pm 10 miles a session on pro settingwhich has kept my bs in the 4.0 area, plus now lost another 6 lbs. keep posting jamrox your an inspiration to us all.
 
More swimming and water exercise today, 40 mins. Followed by a look round the adapted technogym. Bracing myself to have a go.

Today I danced a bit to James Brown .. Get up offa that thing lol
Then I peddled for half an hour
 
Oh so I'm 50 in August so I could use it .
Today I walked around at work , doing inspections , for about 3 hours , didn't move all that time but it must have been at least 2 hours movement.
Tonight I wished my little weights .
Now going to have a dance to the songs in the 1st Eurovision semi final #livingthedream lol
 
Spent a whole hour in pool. Deep water exercise 10ft deep. Not many people in, so worked on improving swim technique, front crawl. Did lots of physio exercises to strengthen abdominal muscles, cardio workout, fast running through water. Water really is my ideal environment can move much better than on land. Shame I came home and did not budge from armchair all afternoon. Need early night.
 
Yesterday, 7 hours walking, albeit slowly, around the Chelsea flower show, plus about another hour to and from stations, pub etc.

Today, about 3 hours in Kew Gardens.

Sanguine I'm jealous , always wanted to go to Chelsea.

Went for a walk tonight , not exciting but better than nothing .
 
Lounging about feeling sorry for myself. Nausea and headache. A short walk to doctor surgery and back, 10 mins. Pottering around garden, another 15 mins.
Must do better.

A hard water workout for 50 mins. Followed by a two hour sofa snooze.
